ESO Postgraduate programmes


 

ESCO covers the tuition fees for one Fellow or Graduate in each Certificate cohort.

ESO offers the following certificate programmes:

  • Certificate of Competence in Lymphoma in collaboration with ULM University
  • Certificate of Competence in Breast Cancer in collaboration with ULM University
  • Certificate of Advanced Studies in Lung cancer in collaboration with Zurich Univeristy
  • NEW Certificate of Advance Studies in Gastrointestinal Cancer in collaboration with the Università della Svizzera Italiana.

The Certificates of Competence and Advanced Studies are Postgraduate study programmes organized by the European School of Oncology and recognized academically. They are designed for oncologists and scientists engaged in oncology with aim of advancing the science and knowledge of a specific tumour type.

The programmes are part-time using blended-learning modules and seminars, and are divided into attendance seminars and e-learning modules. Each certificate is organized on a competitive application basis and a fee of 5,400 euros is required in order to take part. Selected participants will be involved in the programme for 12-14 months.

Certificate of Competence in Lymphoma
Applications for the 6th cohort of the Certificate of Competence in Lymphoma (CCL6) are now open, for a start date in 2023.

Certificate of Advanced studies in Lung Cancer
Applications for the third cohort of the Certificate of Advanced studies in Lung Cancer (CASLu3) will open shortly, for a start date in 2023.

Certificate of Competence in Breast Cancer
Applications for the 5th cohort of the Certificate of Competence in Breast Cancer (CCB5) will open shortly, for a start date in 2023.

Certificate of Advance Studies in Gastrointestinal Cancer
Selections for the first edition of the Certificate of Advance Studies in Gastrointestinal Cancer (CAS-GI) have just closed.The programme will start July 2022, the 2nd cohort will begin in 2024.

 

 

Current ESCO Scholarship recipients

Congratulations to Fatjona Kraja (Albania) who was awarded the ESCO Scholarship for the 1st Certificate of Advanced Studies in Gastrointestinal Cancer.

 

Congratulations to Vadim Lesan (Germany) who was awarded the ESCO Scholarship for the 5th Certificate of Competence in Lymphoma.

 

Congratulations to Manjola Luzi (Albania) who was awarded the ESCO Scholarship for the 4th Certificate of Competence in Breast cancer.


College enrolment must be carried out before the application deadline in order to be consider for this benefit
