The ESCO pathway

ESCO’s development pathway takes oncologists from their time at medical school through to taking on leadership positions, via a sequence of educational steps.

Oncologists can join the pathway at any stage in their career. ESCO has created an ideal pathway but the steps are not obligatory.

The pathway is structured in levels, in accordance with career development targets. When each level is achieved, members will be able to access dedicated benefits that are targeted to help them reach the following level and eventually graduate from ESCO.
