College Working Groups

To support the continuous growth and success of the College, four dedicated Working Groups have been established. Each group plays a crucial role in enhancing strategic direction, membership engagement, educational development, and career support. These groups will continue to assess current initiatives, identify opportunities for improvement, and provide recommendations that align with ESO’s mission and objectives.

Each Working Group is managed by 2 Co-Chairs from the College Council and helped by 4 Members of the College

Strategy Working Group – Focused on shaping and refining the College’s strategy, this group will review the existing strategy, set goals and success measures, explore new opportunities, and provide recommendations while ensuring alignment with ESO’s objectives and resources.
