ESO College Council
The Council is a group of members elected by their peers to represent the College's membership and assist in planning and developing activities. There are 8 seats on the Council.

- Simona Ruxandra Volovat (Romania)
What Does the Role Involve?
The term of office on the College Council will last 2 years (Jan 2025 – Dec 2026).
- Meetings:
- The Council will meet in-person once a year (first meeting 25 January 2025 in Milan).
- There will also be 4 online meetings during the first year, with the frequency reviewed before the second year.
- Responsibilities:
- College Governance: Help develop the College's strategy and structure. Assess the current system and suggest improvements.
- College Development: Identify and help develop new programs, resources, and initiatives.
- Working Groups: Chair and run specific working groups to drive growth:
- ESO College Convention: Assist in organizing a 2025 networking convention, enabling members to meet, exchange ideas, and network.
- Regional Networking Events: Explore and help organize smaller networking events within different regions to build valuable career networks.
